Tobias Nemecz aims maiden win

Austria's Tobias Nemecz leads into final round in Servizitalia Open with -7. One shot behind, Italian duo Leonardo Motta and Nino Bertasio

Austria’s Tobias Nemecz took lead by his own after 36 holes on Servizitalia Open. He added 69 to his original 68 to take one shot advantage over Italy’s Leonardo Motta and Nino Bertasio.

Motta shot best score of the day 66 and will play tomorrow for maiden win as Nemecz whereas Bertasio will try to grab his third win of the year. Ireland’s Brian Casey and France’s Domninique Nouailhac are a further shot behind.

Nemecz, 21 year old, had a quiet front nine from 10th to 18th. He holed six pars in a row and the only birdie he holed before turn was on par 5 15th. He dropped two shots on first and second hole caming back to club house but he erased these two mistakes with birdie on hole 3, eagle on 5th and one last birdie on 8th.

The cut felt at +2 with 52 players. The last round will be completed around 14:00. (U draw from 1st and 10th)
