The top of the leaderboard yesterday was full of blue-white-red flags. France’s players, still waiting for fellow’s first win this season, had a very good start at Open de la Mirabelle d’Or. But after 36 holes, the story is a kind of different. German Philipp Mejow and Scotland’s Henry Scott are tie at first place. They are -8 total. Henry got his maiden victory as pro last may at Gösser Open in Austria and Mejow played really solid last week in Italy and finished at 7th place.

France’s player are just one stroke behind. Fabien Marty, Emilien Chamaulte and amateur Pierre Tillement are 3rd tie. Chamaulte and Marty are former Challenge Tour players.

Overnight leader Nicolas Mourlon shot 72, one over par today to share 6th place with fellow Michael Hill.
The cut is fixed at level par, 51 players including 5 French amateurs.
