Austria’s Jurgen Mauren shot perfect round of 66, five under par to lead by one shot at Asiago Open.

Jürgen Maurer had the perfect round in Asiago golf course. He scored 66, five under par to lead by over Italy’s Joon Kim and England’s Warren Harmston.

Both lead at the club house with -4 when Maurer, who teed off with the afternoon groups, holed for birdie onthe 15th to be in command. Maurer, 31 year old, is one of the three player today who manage not to drop any shot. The course crosses over a forrest and the narrow fairways makes teeing off very difficult. Many players during practice rounds posted l=kind of scary pictures on social media to show their friends how tough the event was to be.

Emmanuele Latanzi, 2001 Alps Tour ranking winner also shot flawless round 68 as well as England’s Josh Loughrey. They share fourth place with Marco Bernardini and France’s Xavier Poncelet.
