Qualifying School for the 2027 Season – Entries are now open

The road to the 2027 Alps Tour season starts here. The 2026 Alps Tour Qualifying School will return to Italy in November, giving players the opportunity to earn their playing status for next season. Open to male professionals and male amateurs with a Handicap Index of 2 or better, the Qualifying School will once again be contested over two stages.

The First Qualifying Stage will take place on November 4th and 5th over 36 holes at three venues: Golf Club Le Fonti, Conero Golf Club and Golf Il Cerreto di Miglianico. Players required to compete at First Stage can select their preferred venue, subject to availability.

The Final Qualifying Stage will follow from November 11th to 13th at Golf Nazionale and Terre dei Consoli Golf Club. The 156-player field will compete across both courses for the opening 36 holes, with the top 65 and ties advancing to the final round at Golf Nazionale.

At the end of 54 holes, the top 35 players and ties will earn Category 6 membership for the 2027 Alps Tour season, while players finishing from 36th to 65th will receive Category 8 and those from 66th to 156th Category 9.

The entry fee is €750, covering both stages and yardage books for all courses. Entries close on Monday, October 19th, 2026, with a special deadline of November 3rd at 18:00 CET for players eligible under exemption Category G (players participating in the 2026 DPWT Qualifying School-Second Stage).

Entries must be submitted through the Alps Tour Golf app. Players should download the app, select “Players” — not “My Fan Zone” — and log in to their existing Alps Tour account. Players who do not yet have an account will need to create a new Player account before registering for the Qualifying School.

Once logged in, go to “Schedule” and then “Q-School” to complete your entry.
