Nemecz and Borda took half way lead in France

Spain’s David Borda and Austrias’ Lukas Nemecz (pict TvSportsEvents) share the lead of Citadelle Trophy-Preisch heading to the week-end. They both reach -9. Nemecz signed for the score of the day 67 and Borda fired 68.

« It was really really tough today, said Nemecz. We had perfect conditions yesterday but today we had lots of wind and some rain during the round. It was a big fight today and I managed to keep my score together and I am very happy with the result.
During the first part of the season I had one win and now I am in the top 5 of the ranking which is the goal at the end of the season. Still many tournaments to be played and of course Citadelle Trophy-Preisch is a big tournament so it would be important to make a good result to stay in the top 5. »

A group of 3 Frenchmen are only one shot back, amateur Edgar Catherine, overnight leader JB Gonnet and rookie on Alps Tour Antoine Rozner.

The cut felt at +1 including two more amateurs : Alps Tour winner Spain’s Adria Arnaus and young Frenchman Gregory Luck.
