Jack Senior aims to claim another trophy in Guadeloupe

337

England’s Jack Senior proved once again his supremacy on Alps Tour field at Open de Saint François. He shot 68 during second warm round. With a total of -9 he has a 2 stroke advantage over fellow Steven Brown and Scotland’s Ross Kellett.

Alps Tour makes talents shine and every season, a new great golfer makes the show. In 2007, Julien Quesne had 3 wins, in 2009, Italian Andrea Perrino finished first at the order of merit with huge margin. Matteo Delpodio was the 2010 start and last year it was a race between France’s Guillaume Cambis and England’s Jason Barnes.

In tropical heat, the odds were not so great for British citizens. But as a gift to the Queen’s Jubilee, the podium is 100 % of his Majesty’s subjects.
Behind Senior, his compatriot Steven Brown. Brown was member of the victorious Walker team as well but struggled a bit since the beginning of the season as he hadn’t made any cut since Winter Series in Morocco.
Ross Kellett from Scotland is doing better and better at each tournament and it won’t be to long since he grabbed a trophy.

Cut is fixed at +5 and 42 players got qualified including one French amateur.
