The summer break is almost finished and it is time for Alps Tour to get back on the road to complete the season.

The summer break is almost finished and it is time for Alps Tour to get back on the road to complete the season.

There are seven tournaments to go and the final ranking will be published. England’s Jason Palmer is currently leading the order od merit with more than 4000 points over Spain’s Jesus Legarrea. Andrew Colley, France’s Edouard Espana and Northern Ireland’s Bredan McCArroll will have to secure their precious position to earn the Challenge Tour category.

Next week, the Alps Tour will fly to Italy in the Alps next to French and Swiss borders. The Cervinio Open, from 29th to 31st of August, is the highest venue of the year. Breuil-Cervinia is 2000 meters above the sea, balls fly well there!

The following week, Alps Tour stay in Italy but will cross the country to the east for Asiago Open from 5th to 7th of September. Asiago to 120 km north-west of Venicia in the moutains but « only » 1050 meters high.

After 2 weeks in a row in Italy, the Alps Tour will spend 2 weeks in France. Maiden venue for the Citadelle Trophy International from the 12th to the 15th of September. The Golf Club de Preisch is north of France, near Luwembourg. Then, To close september schedule, players will tee off at Open International du Haut-Poitou the 20th for a three-day-tournament.
