Following the founding of the Alps Tour in 2001, the Gösser Open became part of the Tour schedule and has been a key event ever since.

The Field

The 2025 Gösser Open will welcome a standout field of 144 competitors, featuring every winner from this season’s Alps Tour events contested so far: Luca Galliano (Ein Bay Open), Alvaro Hernandez Cabezuela (Red Sea Little Venice Open and Tunisian Golf Open), Javier Barcos (New Giza Open), Rocco Repetto (La Cigale Golf Open by Alps Tour) and our most recent winner from last week’s event, the Memorial Giorgio Bordoni presented by AONAsier Aguirre Izcue.

The Course

Golf Club Erzherzog Johann in Maria Lankowitz, located approximately 40 kilometers west of Graz, offers a par-72 course stretching 5,967 meters.
