Gutierrez stormed clear
Spain’s Alfonso Gutierrez shot the score of the day tie 68 to take the lead after three rounds in Citadelle Trophy International – Golf de Preisch with -9. He recorded three cards under par as his closest challenger German Sebastian Heisele. Heisele is only one shot back. Then a shot further, England’s Andrew Cooley, three time Alps Tour winner.
After two rounds, the podium was celebrating local players but going into the final, it is a very international leaders and challengers who stormed in this moving day. Gutierrez had two top 10 this season but is still looking for a win on Alps Tour.
Sebastian Heisele had a win on Pro Golf Tour and his best result on Alps Tour was a seventh place in France end of June.
